You made my parents' holiday season

I wanted to drop you a quick note to say "thank you" and you made my parents' holiday season. I'm the one that ordered the box of matches with the Deluxe Lobster Gram. My parents called right after they received their package. They loved the quality and taste of the lobsters and the following day my grandfather made stock out of the shells and leftovers and made a lovely potato soup. Thank You so much for making me look good in my parents' eyes.

It was worth every cent!

I have heard your product promoted on WGN radio for years, and wanted to do something special for my mom and dad's 48th anniversary so I sent them a live Maine Lobster & Fillet Mignon package. They don't go out to eat very often, and since it's been so horribly cold & snowy in their area, I thought it would be fun. On delivery day the weather was awful. At 4:30 Mom put a frozen pizza in the oven. The FedEx driver came about 5:30 as they were eating their supper... so they had to wait until the next day to enjoy their lobsters. My mom was so excited when she opened the box. She could not get over how beautifully everything was packed and thoughtfully included. She called me 3 times before they even took a bite! "Did I tell you there was a fresh lemon in there?" she said on call #2. Call 3: "The crystal candle holder is so beautiful, and they even put matches in the box! Can you believe that???" They ate the lobster (saved the steaks and bisque) and said it was excellent. My dad is pretty easy to please. Mom is fussier - very classy lady. They're both economical and I about fell over when mom said, "I know that must've cost a pretty penny... but it was worth every cent. I don't know when we ever enjoyed something more, and opening those boxes was better than Christmas." Thank you for helping me celebrate their love and commitment and making their anniversary a truly special occasion. Please pass my thanks along to the whole team for the quality, thought, and TLC. I will definitely order again and pass this idea along to others. It is a perfect gift.

I was SO HAPPY!

I've been getting your magazine for 3 YEARS!!!! and hoping some day I would be able to purchase one of your GIANT LOBSTER TAILS. Well this year Meredith ordered us 2 of the 20-to-24 oz. lobster tails. I NEVER DREAMED it would be that big...it was soooooooo exciting to receive, and the shipping was awesome. I was SO HAPPY!!! It was so big I ate half last night and half tonight. I want to let you know how AWESOME THEY ARE!!!
My grandkids know I love lobster, so for my birthday last year they bought me the lobster oven mitts, apron, hat, plate holders, etc. I told them I was going to save them for the very special lobster tail for "Grandma Tina" and this was it. It was as good as any fine resturant!

Our son, Thomas, sent us the Lobsterpalooza package as a Father's Day gift. My husband and I had the most wonderful dinner last night! It was as good as any fine resturant! My husband likes only the freshest seafood and this was by far some of the VERY freshest! I really can't tell you which was the better side dish: he liked one, I liked the other. We both enjoyed the bisque and the lobster was wonderfully delicious! The cooking instructions were extremely helpful, since I had never cooked fresh lobster before. Needless to say the chocolate cake was a wonderful finish to a great meal! Just wanted to let you know your shipment from up north made it all the way to south Texas and was enjoyed by two very lucky people! We look forward to ordering in the future. Also our son found out about your product on two different radio talk shows---good advertising!!

I can't tell you how great this lobster was; it tasted like it came right out of the water. I received 2 one-pounders. They were so meaty and very sweet. What a wonderful idea this is!

I ordered the Boston Party Gram Lobster Dinner for Father’s day. My parents called twice to tell me how wonderful the dinner was (there was SO much food, they were still eating it 2 days later!!). Not only have they commented on how wonderful everything tastes but they were very impressed with the packaging, which was beautiful, and all that is included for eating. I read about the company in the June issue of Reader's Digest – knowing what a lobster fan my dad is, I decided to try it. Had I not read the article, it would never have occurred to me to ship lobsters to my father! What a wonderful idea this is. I was impressed with the pricing – It would have cost me the same amount (or frankly more) to have taken my father to a restaurant and ordered the same food! My father was completely surprised and very grateful for the wonderful dinner I was able to send to him for Father’s day. Everything we ordered was perfectly fresh and absolutely delicious too

So many customers take the time to complain, but not extol, so I wanted to make sure I let you know what a fabulous experience we had with our first order. We heard about you through our Discover rewards program...I went to school in Boston, and have long missed REAL seafood, so I was excited to see your company was based in Maine. Everything arrived exactly on the date planned and was packaged very well. We can't get Dungeness crab very readily here...Everything we ordered was perfectly fresh and absolutely delicious too. You could never tell anything was frozen. I do have one "complaint" - those crabs were so huge that I had to cook them one at a time because I didn't have a big enough pot to hold them all at once. It was the best Dungeness crab we ever had. Being able to choose the date of arrival and track the shipment are great options. A very nice touch to include cooking/cracking instructions; they helped immensely...Thank you for providing both superior products and superior service. We will definitely be repeat customers...and soon!

I am amazed at the quality of this frozen product.

My daughter and her husband sent us a Lobster Gram for Christmas and we ordered them this past week.... First we had some difficulty online, so we called and the young lady we spoke with was extraordinary. I have worked in business where customer service is required, and this young lady had it down. She was very professional, solved our problem immediately and got our order into the system and confirmed. We ordered the "Ship to Shore Gram Steak & Lobster" dinner for two and it arrived precisely on Friday afternoon (via FedEx). I am amazed at the quality of this frozen product. The fillet mignon steaks were so tender you could cut them with a fork. The lobster tails were "out of this world" and the clam chowder was probably the best we ever tasted. We also ordered an additional pound of Snow Crab claws and we took our time and enjoyed a bottle of our favorite wine and savored each and every bite. The instruction book was a nice touch and I loved the humorous approach. I would not hesitate to order from you in the future and I am so glad to have found and experienced your company and wonderful products. Keep up the great work.

I recommend you to everyone

I called my parents yesterday to wish my mom a Happy Birthday and discovered that they had fixed the full meal on Tuesday. I've never heard them rave so much about food; they so enjoyed their meal, I got to hear about it for 2 hours. Things like "the steak was so tender, you could cut it with a fork" and "the cheesecake was restaurant quality" (my dad said "Cheesecake Factory" quality - and that's saying something). My mom said the lobster was so sweet, it could be fully enjoyed without butter! Wow. So now, I'll have to buy one for myself. I recommend you to everyone. I want to thank you for such a wonderful dinner! I had to put off my Valentine dinner until today - I cooked my steak and lobster to perfection and both my husband and I enjoyed it. Wow!!! was it great!

We had the Lobster-licious gram with two 1-pound lobsters for Valentines! Wow!!! was it great! I heard of your company on the Spike O'Dell show...I ordered the above and watched Fed-Ex as it made its way from Portland Maine to Freeport IL. The order exceeded my expectations by a long shot and the surprise on my husband's face was priceless. We had such fun fixing dinner together last night! It was our 1st Valentines' together as a married couple and made the night extra special. The lobsters were in great shape when they arrived...we weren't very good hosts and threw them in a boiling pot of water. The Clam Chowder was delicious, and filling on a cold winter's night. The White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake is to "die for"!! We didn't have room for the Steaks and Crab Cakes and are saving that for another night.
