I just had to tell you all what a wonderful experience Lobster Gram has been for our family. I had a gift certificate that I renewed on line from my rewards points so I came across your advertisement. My husband's daughter lives in Virginia Beach and was soon to be having her 52nd Birthday. Since we live in Toledo Ohio, I wanted to surprise her and thought your Lobster Gram was a fun idea~ She and her husband love shrimp and lobster and use to celebrate at a seafood restaurant in Michigan called Gandy Dancer. Well we sent the Lobster Gram with a note that read "The Lobster's names are Gandy & Dancer, enjoy your birthday".

I just ordered a Lobster Gram for a very very special person…It was delivered right on time and thoroughly enjoyed!! His name is Soren and he lives in Sparta NJ (see photo). Soren's co-owner, Deb, said:

"...once we got to the eating part, it was far too messy (and yummy) to try to use the camera. But I promise he did participate, very enthusiastically .. we even shared a baked potato with it. I wasn't sure if he would like it, but as soon as he tasted it he was crazed... the whole time I was cracking the next piece, he was on my leg scratching me with his paw, his "wild eyed" stare intently upon me, and big bubbles forming at the sides of his mouth..."

Lobster Romance for Valentines Day

My girlfriend Marci and I received a Lobster Gram gift certificate from my brother Christopher for Christmas and we decided to use it for Valentine's Day. We decided on the Lobsterpalooza package with two 1.5-lb lobsters. I ordered the package 2 days before Valentine's Day and everything showed up on time and professionally packaged. Our two "guests of honor" from Maine were perky and lively! I decided it would be fun to capture the experience on camera! I am sure that you will be able to tell how much fun we had by watching our video...



This really was an AMAZING and FUN experience that we will remember forever! Not only were the lobsters fresh and delicious, the lobster bisque and lobster cakes were superb. The lobster ravioli was single handedly one of the finest dishes I have ever tasted... I was blown away! Thank you so much, it was a wonderful Valentine's experience! The Lobster Gram is BRILLIANT, I will certainly do this again AND, I will recommend it to EVERYONE!

You made my parents' holiday season

I wanted to drop you a quick note to say "thank you" and you made my parents' holiday season. I'm the one that ordered the box of matches with the Deluxe Lobster Gram. My parents called right after they received their package. They loved the quality and taste of the lobsters and the following day my grandfather made stock out of the shells and leftovers and made a lovely potato soup. It was worth every cent!

I have heard your product promoted on WGN radio for years, and wanted to do something special for my mom and dad's 48th anniversary so I sent them a live Maine Lobster & Fillet Mignon package. They don't go out to eat very often, and since it's been so horribly cold & snowy in their area, I thought it would be fun. On delivery day the weather was awful. At 4:30 Mom put a frozen pizza in the oven. The FedEx driver came about 5:30 as they were eating their supper... so they had to wait until the next day to enjoy their lobsters. My mom was so excited when she opened the box. She could not get over how beautifully everything was packed and thoughtfully included. She called me 3 times before they even took a bite! "Did I tell you there was a fresh lemon in there?" she said on call #2. Call 3: "The crystal candle holder is so beautiful, and they even put matches in the box! Can you believe that???" They ate the lobster (saved the steaks and bisque) and said it was excellent. My dad is pretty easy to please. Mom is fussier - very classy lady. They're both economical and I about fell over when mom said, "I know that must've cost a pretty penny... but it was worth every cent. I don't know when we ever enjoyed something more, and opening those boxes was better than Christmas." Thank you for helping me celebrate their love and commitment and making their anniversary a truly special occasion. Please pass my thanks along to the whole team for the quality, thought, and TLC. I will definitely order again and pass this idea along to others. It is a perfect gift.

What a wonderful idea this is!

I ordered the Boston Party Gram Lobster Dinner for Father’s day. My parents called twice to tell me how wonderful the dinner was (there was SO much food, they were still eating it 2 days later!!). Not only have they commented on how wonderful everything tastes but they were very impressed with the packaging, which was beautiful, and all that is included for eating. I read about the company in the June issue of Reader's Digest – knowing what a lobster fan my dad is, I decided to try it. Had I not read the article, it would never have occurred to me to ship lobsters to my father! What a wonderful idea this is. I was impressed with the pricing – It would have cost me the same amount (or frankly more) to have taken my father to a restaurant and ordered the same food! My father was completely surprised and very grateful for the wonderful dinner I was able to send to him for Father’s day. I wanted to thank you for the "Lobster Gram Deluxe Dinner" I received from my friend Theresa, in honor of my 40th birthday! I very much appreciated the fact that there were no PRICES available to me, no matter how hard I looked! I know that sounds kind of goofy, but I will certainly keep that in mind when I send a gift to someone next time a special occasion comes along. By the way, the taper and holder were a very nice touch! Something special that I didn't expect, but was quite pleased to discover. I was also relieved to find out that lobsters cannot "scream". I am amazed at the quality of this frozen product.

My daughter and her husband sent us a Lobster Gram for Christmas and we ordered them this past week.... First we had some difficulty online, so we called and the young lady we spoke with was extraordinary. I have worked in business where customer service is required, and this young lady had it down. She was very professional, solved our problem immediately and got our order into the system and confirmed. We ordered the "Ship to Shore Gram Steak & Lobster" dinner for two and it arrived precisely on Friday afternoon (via FedEx). I am amazed at the quality of this frozen product. The fillet mignon steaks were so tender you could cut them with a fork. The lobster tails were "out of this world" and the clam chowder was probably the best we ever tasted. We also ordered an additional pound of Snow Crab claws and we took our time and enjoyed a bottle of our favorite wine and savored each and every bite. The instruction book was a nice touch and I loved the humorous approach. I would not hesitate to order from you in the future and I am so glad to have found and experienced your company and wonderful products. Keep up the great work.
