The live lobsters were a gift for my Dad's 82nd Birthday. My parents live in a "rural" part of Florida, 1 hour away from Ocala. My Dad was totally surprised by the content. They had fun "showing" the lobsters to their 5# yorkie, before dipping the lobsters into their final "bath". My parents will be talking about this gift for days....years to come. It's such a unique present and one they will never forget. I only wish we could have been there to see the expressions on their faces. They reported that the dinner was delicious! I just wanted to let you know that the gift was a success and your customer service was great.
