I Just Love Your Mouth Watering Lobster Grams!

You see, my Mom is 97 years young, lives along in NJ and has all her facilities and is quick as a whip, and still has her 1982 Honda Accord in the garage which she sneaks out in once-in-a-while to go shopping.
The reason I'm telling you this is because this year, I sent her your live lobsters for her birthday. It just blew her mind. Everyone else sent the usual flowers, cakes, candy etc... but your Lobsters hit the jack pot! Unfortunately, one of the Lobsters was Dead on Arrival, but your company quickly sent her the tails to replace the one that didn't make it. We planned a nice dinner with some friends and decided to order some lobsters for dinner. We ordered 4 live lobsters, a new pot, butter warmer and 2 pounds of lump crab meat.
My friend Sheri, who has never cooked lobster before, was impressed by the way the entire package was shipped and the attention given to ensuring that everything was cold. She was surprised and delighted to see such a detailed cooking manual including instructions on how to crack and shell the lobster was really helpful. We had a great time, and since this was the first time our friends have eaten whole lobsters, the instructions were tremendously helpful.
The lump crab meat became a seafood salad for two parties we were attending this weekend. I've made it before, but this seemed special because of the lump crab meat from Lobster Gram. I received tons of compliments on the salad and requests for the recipe!
