You made my parents' holiday season

I wanted to drop you a quick note to say "thank you" and you made my parents' holiday season. I'm the one that ordered the box of matches with the Deluxe Lobster Gram. My parents called right after they received their package. They loved the quality and taste of the lobsters and the following day my grandfather made stock out of the shells and leftovers and made a lovely potato soup. I was SO HAPPY!

I've been getting your magazine for 3 YEARS!!!! and hoping some day I would be able to purchase one of your GIANT LOBSTER TAILS. Well this year Meredith ordered us 2 of the 20-to-24 oz. lobster tails. I NEVER DREAMED it would be that big...it was soooooooo exciting to receive, and the shipping was awesome. I was SO HAPPY!!! It was so big I ate half last night and half tonight. I want to let you know how AWESOME THEY ARE!!!
My grandkids know I love lobster, so for my birthday last year they bought me the lobster oven mitts, apron, hat, plate holders, etc. I told them I was going to save them for the very special lobster tail for "Grandma Tina" and this was it. Thank you for being true to your word. They were soooooo unbelievably good!!!! My grandkids had such a laugh over my attire for the pics, I had Meredith wear the outfit too.

This is the 1st time I have ever used your service. I got a lobster gram for my parents’ 43rd anniversary. They received the 1-pound lobsters today and they are ecstatic about getting them. I wanted to thank you for the "Lobster Gram Deluxe Dinner" I received from my friend Theresa, in honor of my 40th birthday! I very much appreciated the fact that there were no PRICES available to me, no matter how hard I looked! I know that sounds kind of goofy, but I will certainly keep that in mind when I send a gift to someone next time a special occasion comes along. By the way, the taper and holder were a very nice touch! Something special that I didn't expect, but was quite pleased to discover. I was also relieved to find out that lobsters cannot "scream". (I had been told that several times today by various clients.) Good note in your "cooking guide". Makes me feel a WHOLE lot better. Again, thanks for your good service, and delicious product!

The birthday party was a smashing success

The birthday party was a smashing success. The first time any of us had all the lobster we wanted to eat. I used the preparation guide you furnished with the Giant New Zealand Tails and followed directions exactly. A very nice thing to have, even if you have prepared lobster before. Living in the middle of the country in a very small community makes the opportunity of using your service a very attractive choice. So many customers take the time to complain, but not extol, so I wanted to make sure I let you know what a fabulous experience we had with our first order. We heard about you through our Discover rewards program...I went to school in Boston, and have long missed REAL seafood, so I was excited to see your company was based in Maine. Everything arrived exactly on the date planned and was packaged very well. We can't get Dungeness crab very readily here...Everything we ordered was perfectly fresh and absolutely delicious too. You could never tell anything was frozen. I do have one "complaint" - those crabs were so huge that I had to cook them one at a time because I didn't have a big enough pot to hold them all at once. It was the best Dungeness crab we ever had. Being able to choose the date of arrival and track the shipment are great options. A very nice touch to include cooking/cracking instructions; they helped immensely...Thank you for providing both superior products and superior service. We will definitely be repeat customers...and soon!
