The birthday party was a smashing success. The first time any of us had all the lobster we wanted to eat. I used the preparation guide you furnished with the Giant New Zealand Tails and followed directions exactly. A very nice thing to have, even if you have prepared lobster before. Living in the middle of the country in a very small community makes the opportunity of using your service a very attractive choice.
