Double Thanks from a Customer and Her Recipient

Dear Dan Zawacki & Lobster Gram Employees,
I just had to tell you all what a wonderful experience Lobster Gram has been for our family. I had a gift certificate that I renewed on line from my rewards points so I came across your advertisement. My husband's daughter lives in Virginia Beach and was soon to be having her 52nd Birthday. Since we live in Toledo Ohio, I wanted to surprise her and thought your Lobster Gram was a fun idea~ She and her husband love shrimp and lobster and use to celebrate at a seafood restaurant in Michigan called Gandy Dancer. Well we sent the Lobster Gram with a note that read "The Lobster's names are Gandy & Dancer, enjoy your birthday".
I only wish I could have been there to see her open the box! She thought it was going to be kielbasa (her Christmas gift) . I am sending you a copy of the thank you note she sent. "Priceless".

I have to admit that this year for my birthday it was the most exciting for sure! The Lobster Gram had to be the funniest and most delicious combined into one. I am amazed at the quality of this frozen product.

My daughter and her husband sent us a Lobster Gram for Christmas and we ordered them this past week.... First we had some difficulty online, so we called and the young lady we spoke with was extraordinary. I have worked in business where customer service is required, and this young lady had it down. She was very professional, solved our problem immediately and got our order into the system and confirmed. We ordered the "Ship to Shore Gram Steak & Lobster" dinner for two and it arrived precisely on Friday afternoon (via FedEx). I am amazed at the quality of this frozen product. The fillet mignon steaks were so tender you could cut them with a fork. The lobster tails were "out of this world" and the clam chowder was probably the best we ever tasted. We also ordered an additional pound of Snow Crab claws and we took our time and enjoyed a bottle of our favorite wine and savored each and every bite. The instruction book was a nice touch and I loved the humorous approach. I would not hesitate to order from you in the future and I am so glad to have found and experienced your company and wonderful products. Keep up the great work.

I cooked my steak and lobster to perfection and both my husband and I enjoyed it.

I want to thank you for such a wonderful dinner! I had to put off my Valentine dinner until today - I cooked my steak and lobster to perfection and both my husband and I enjoyed it. We shared our thoughts with neighbors over a bonfire of our dinner. My husband and I are not big eaters so I followed directions to butterfly the steak so we could share it. My clam chowder will be served another day along with the jumbo shrimp. My cheese cake will be served on the 24th for my husband’s 60th birthday

Thanks for a great product. We planned our Valentine's Day dinner around the lobsters we ordered and they turned out perfect. You have thought of everything for our lobster kit. My husband was totally surprised and impressed. I knew I'd made the right choice when he said "I only wish I'd thought of it!". We can't wait to order again.

Having an amazing lobster dinner.

The lobsters I sent to West Virginia arrived the following day, intact, alive and from all accounts, delicious. Here's a photo of a couple of the college boys abandoning their usual ramen noodles and feasting on your delicious crustaceans. Their "away" messages on their computers that night all said, "Having an amazing lobster dinner!" Thanks for your efficiency and your wonderful service. By delighting them, you delighted me!

P.S. - They received the package because West Virginia University beat Syracuse (my alma mater) last weekend. Had SU won, I would have had my car detailed inside & out and they would have had to wear SU T-shirts to all their classes. It's safe to say they got the better end of the deal!

What a wonderful surprise for our Anniversary!

I gave my parents a lobster gram for their 51st wedding anniversary. Below is a copy of the E-Mail message they sent me that night.

What a wonderful surprise for our Anniversary! They were the best lobsters we have had in years. They were AAA lobsters in all respects. They were chock full of sweet meat and the shells were very hard, as they should be. We thoroughly enjoyed them and will have the Clam Chowder tomorrow. The package was complete with everything - Lobsters, shell crackers and picks, 2 lemons, about 2 dozen butter packets, napkins, recipe book and bibs. That truly was a first class gourmet package. Thank you very much for your thoughtful remembrance.

We had a fantastic patio lobsterfest

Thanks to your great products, and a beautiful Colorado evening. We had a fantastic patio lobsterfest for ourselves and five guests Friday. The shrimp and crab claw appetizers were tremendous starters. The various courses that followed, including the mussels which some of our friends did not know they liked, made for a great adventure for everyone. The crab cakes showed us what crab cakes should really be. And then the lobsters---the lobsters were fantastic. The excellent Key Lime Pie topped off a very fun party.

I ordered a Lobster-licious Gram dinner for my son's birthday - he and his wife loved it! They ate for two days with all the food, and I was so glad he got a "birthday" cheesecake too. He said the chowder was the best he's had - the clams were not chewy, but soft and so creamy. Thanks for a great product.

"Truly Fresh"
I have never received lobsters so fresh that they were crawling around the container. The true test of freshness is in the cooking and the cracking of the shell. The "Lobster Man" lobsters were so full that they almost popped open. Truly fresh. Living in Florida it is difficult to get good little neck clams. In fact I have to go back to Connecticut to get them. Your clams were on a par with any great ones I have eaten.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for making my father's 70th birthday a great one. I have been ordering my dad steak and lobster combinations for about 5 years but this year's was by far the best ever because of Lobster Gram!! I ordered him the Web Special South African Filet Feast with Tails Dinner for 2. Well, he couldn't stop raving about the flavors. He told me that the soup was wonderful, the crab cakes full of crab - no filler, the steak and lobster combo was in his words "out of this world". He told me that he could cut his filet with a fork it was so tender. And the lobster tails - sweet, delicious and big! My dad even enjoyed the cheesecake and coffee for dessert and that says a lot, being that my dad doesn't really eat sweets. Well, I know what I'll be ordering for Father's Day. Thanks again for having a superior product.
