I just wanted to thank you for your outstanding customer service. I realize that your company has an exceptional reputation and that you rarely have things that go wrong. It makes me feel good that you actually tested that lot of tails and arrived at the same conclusion. The most important thing is that you were there for me as a customer and made sure that you did whatever you could to make me happy. You do not find that quality in a company very often. When you live in NYC you constantly deal with companies that just don't care. You are not one of those companies.
Everyone that I have dealt with at Lobster Gram has been just so accommodating and friendly. It was like a breath of fresh air to deal with such quality team members. I truly look forward to doing much more business with you. I love lobster!!

I ordered a live Maine Shore Clam Bake dinner package for my Mom's 60th birthday, with several yummy add-ons, the day before her birthday. It not only arrived promptly but it knocked her socks off. We received our Lobster Gram last night, and shared it with some good friends. The lobster and crab legs were unbelievable! We are from a very small town in the middle of Kansas, so great seafood is a treat. You might also chuckle at the reaction from our friends' two-year-old daughter...(who first) took one look at the lobsters and ran from the room saying, "I don't like that spider"...After we sat down to eat, she gobbled it up and said, "Mommy, I want some more monster meat." There is Nothing Like Real Maine Lobster

I just wanted to say "Thank You" for offering such a great product! My husband is originally from Maine and rather fond of Lobster (okay, he absolutely loves it). We were transferred to Michigan a year ago and lobster out here is not the same. As I'm sure you know there is nothing like a REAL Maine lobster. We got the (6) lobsters fully alive on Saturday as promised. They were used to celebrate the birthday of a 90 year old man who had never before tasted lobster. The remaining lobster was used to help celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary. Many thanks for the great service and great taste.
