My sister and brother-in-law LOVED the gift!

Dear "Dan, the lobster man":
I ordered a birthday gift that was delivered to CT today. My sister and brother-in-law LOVED the gift. They were very impressed with all the details. Thank you so much for delivering a "quality" product. They thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. I definitely will order from your company again and recommend you to other customers! Best Regards.

EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!!!

EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!!! We are originally from New England (New Hampshire) and we felt like we were back home at a clam bake. We were planning our next celebration before this one was even half way over...thank you.

I just wanted to let you know I sent my mother (who is 70) one of your live Maine Lobster Gram gifts. She was so surprised!!! And she never expected that anything like that could be shipped. I had to write and tell you how HAPPY I am with your company.

I had to write and tell you how HAPPY I am with your company. I never write letters like this, but in this case, I just had to. For New Year's Eve, my friends ordered a Lobster Gram, and being from New England myself, I was skeptical. The shrimp cocktail was the BEST shrimp I ever had, and the lobster and lobster bisque were excellent. I was stunned but so pleased! My Dad turned 70 yesterday, and I sent him a "Ship to Shore" Lobster Gram for his birthday. He called me last night and told me that the lobster and clam chowder were the best he had ever had. You made him so happy, and I just wanted to thank you so much for making his 70th birthday so special. I have recommended your company to everyone I know, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Again, thank you so much for the wonderful service and seafood!

I appreciate it when someone goes above and beyond!

The (Crustacean Sensation Gram) meal was a HUGE hit! I'm not a real fan of lobster, but this was some of the best I've had. And the crab legs & claws (both varieties) were also very excellent. My dad was, as we say here in Iowa, in hog heaven. He pigged out! Thank you so much for all your help. Being in the customer service business myself, I appreciate it when someone goes above and beyond. Please accept my heartfelt thanks for all your efforts.

I look forward to dealing with Lobster Gram and all of its culinary delights very soon.

I am writing to tell you how very pleased I am, not only with your company's wonderful items, but with the excellent customer service. I spoke to two of your representatives and received the help needed immediately as well as being treated with respect that seems to be lacking in customer assistance. Just wanted to write and tell you what a great job your staff is doing and look forward to dealing with Lobster Gram and all of its culinary delights very soon.

Thanks so much - my sister absolutely loved the Surf & Turf package!

Thanks so much - my sister absolutely loved the Surf & Turf package! It was delivered as requested and she said it was packaged really well, with "cute little bibs" and everything! The filet was top shelf and so was the lobster! Thanks for making her day! I'll definitely do business with you again!
