Living in Florida I am accustomed to a large variety of fresh seafood but nothing can compare to the lobsters I received from you on July 26th. My husband chose this as a reward from his company because he knows of my love of Maine lobster. My daughter’s birthday was the 25th so we thought we would share it with her. It brought back such wonderful memories of summers spent in Maine with my grandparents! It was the best lobster I have eaten since moving to Florida 30 years ago. I have ordered Maine lobster in restaurants down here but it doesn’t compare to your product. And I have to say, I think you are generous on your weights. I hope to order from you again in the near future.

I just wanted to thank you for your outstanding customer service. I realize that your company has an exceptional reputation and that you rarely have things that go wrong. It makes me feel good that you actually tested that lot of tails and arrived at the same conclusion. The most important thing is that you were there for me as a customer and made sure that you did whatever you could to make me happy. You do not find that quality in a company very often. When you live in NYC you constantly deal with companies that just don't care. You are not one of those companies.

I ordered a live Maine Shore Clam Bake dinner package for my Mom's 60th birthday, with several yummy add-ons, the day before her birthday. It not only arrived promptly but it knocked her socks off. She is housebound and I live 1500 miles away so I could provide an awesome birthday dinner, thanks to you!

We received our Lobster Gram last night, and shared it with some good friends. The lobster and crab legs were unbelievable! We are from a very small town in the middle of Kansas, so great seafood is a treat. You might also chuckle at the reaction from our friends' two-year-old daughter...(who first) took one look at the lobsters and ran from the room saying, "I don't like that spider"...After we sat down to eat, she gobbled it up and said, "Mommy, I want some more monster meat." Thank you so much for what you do.
