I had to write and tell you how HAPPY I am with your company. I never write letters like this, but in this case, I just had to. For New Year's Eve, my friends ordered a Lobster Gram, and being from New England myself, I was skeptical. The shrimp cocktail was the BEST shrimp I ever had, and the lobster and lobster bisque were excellent. I was stunned but so pleased! My Dad turned 70 yesterday, and I sent him a "Ship to Shore" Lobster Gram for his birthday. He called me last night and told me that the lobster and clam chowder were the best he had ever had. You made him so happy, and I just wanted to thank you so much for making his 70th birthday so special. I have recommended your company to everyone I know, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Again, thank you so much for the wonderful service and seafood!

I sent a Surf & Turf gift to my parents in Florida. They called and said the lobsters and steak were "out of this world". My mom said the steaks melted in their mouths and the lobsters were unbelievable. She was so impressed with all that was included in the box - even a candle, which they lit. Your service and quality are the best! Oh, and let's not forget your staff. I ordered on-line and the message wasn't complete, so one of your employees called me. She was so nice and professional. Last July, my parents had their 17th wedding anniversary. I called my brothers and sisters and we all pitched in to buy them a great meal from your site. My parents were thrilled that we came up with such a wonderful idea. The food was so wonderful they still talk about it. They tell everyone they come across about the great service and food. They loved the Cooking Manual and laugh every time they start to talk about how much fun they had that night. Next week is my wedding anniversary and this year we know exactly what we want to do. My wife and I received a $125 Lobster Gram for a wedding present. I ordered 2 lobster tails , 2 filet mignons, clam chowder, cheesecake and coffee. I love to cook and enjoy eating good meals. Everything, and I mean everything, was excellent. Oh, I forgot to mention the shrimp cocktail was the largest, best tasting ever. I was impressed by the service, the ease of preparing the meal and above all the quality of the food. I will certainly purchase again for myself and also gifts for others.
