I just had to tell you that you absolutely made my birthday! My roommate and I have been trying different lobster tails from you (which you make so easy by offering sampler packages). We cook two different types of tails, carefully keeping track of which one is which. We then get half of each tail so we can do a direct comparison. I never realized how different they could be. So far we have come to the conclusion that we prefer the cold water lobster tails, especially the South African. For my birthday yesterday, my roommate sprang for a couple of Tristan lobster tails. We feasted on them, marveling on how sweet and tender they are. Each bite was better than the one before. Although we did dip them in melted butter, we both agreed that we could have happily eaten them au naturel. Needless to say, they are our new favorites, and we will look forward to enjoying them again on special occasions. Thanks for an epicurean delight.

I can't begin to thank you and you company for the wonderful lobster you sent to my table. I have never enjoyed anything as much as your Northern Australian green lobster tails. I have one left and that will be for Saturday and a nice bottle of Dom Perignon. I will be ordering again very soon.

I did not know that lobster could taste that amazing

I ordered the "Around the World Tail Sampler" and prepared it last night for dinner. I just had to let you know that it was one of the most incredible meals I have ever had! I did not know that lobster could taste that amazing. There was a distinct difference in taste between the 4 - each was just as incredible as the last. I will definitely be ordering from Lobster Gram again. Thank you!!!

These giant lobsters are the best we have ever had.

I just wanted to tell you about my experience with the 4 Giant New Zealand lobster tails. They were the best tasting ever! I think if you want the full lobster experience, you must go all the way. 20-plus ounces of heaven. These giant lobsters are the best we have ever had. I thawed them in the refrigerator, then steamed them for 12 minutes, a gentle steam (turning down the heat after the water boils). Removed and let stand for a few minutes. Perfection! Going to place another order soon. Great for special occasions.

I have never had such great tasting lobster in my life. I ordered the combo of 4 South African tails and 4 filet mignon and treated 3 of my best friends to a wonderful dinner. It was very memorable. After every bite, it was...What a great tasting lobster...This steak just melts in your mouth...Wow, this is the best lobster tail I have ever eaten...Let's do this again real soon. And so on and so on, it went all during the dinner. We all agreed that yesterday, the day after Valentine's Day, was the BEST and tastiest meal we have ever had, including dining at some of the finest restaurants in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. My hats off to you and your staff. You were so helpful to me, since I had never cooked lobster before I had lot a lot of questions. Your tips and help over the phone was an example of Superior Customer Service. We are definitely going to order again and treat ourselves to another fantastic food orgy. Keep up the good work.
