I just wanted to thank you for your outstanding customer service. I realize that your company has an exceptional reputation and that you rarely have things that go wrong. It makes me feel good that you actually tested that lot of tails and arrived at the same conclusion. The most important thing is that you were there for me as a customer and made sure that you did whatever you could to make me happy. You do not find that quality in a company very often. When you live in NYC you constantly deal with companies that just don't care. You are not one of those companies.
Everyone that I have dealt with at Lobster Gram has been just so accommodating and friendly. It was like a breath of fresh air to deal with such quality team members. I truly look forward to doing much more business with you. I love lobster!!

I ordered a live Maine Shore Clam Bake dinner package for my Mom's 60th birthday, with several yummy add-ons, the day before her birthday. It not only arrived promptly but it knocked her socks off. She is housebound and I live 1500 miles away so I could provide an awesome birthday dinner, thanks to you!

We wanted to thank you very much for the delicious treat. We ordered the MaineShore Clam Bake Gram for two and it was incredible....The lobsters were so flavorful and scrumptious. We couldn't believe how delicious everything was, especially since it was mail order. You have two Oklahoma customers that will soon become repeats. Thanks so much!
