Everything was delicious!

My husband Robert received a $100 Lobster Gram for a Christmas gift from a business associate. We ordered the Maine Tails & Filets for 2, plus 2 Chocolate Lava Cakes. Everything was delicious! The enclosed cooking instructions were easy to follow and the lobster and filets were cooked to perfection. I was impressed with the packaging, quality of service and your website. Last year for Xmas of 2002, my son and his wife gave us a $100 Lobster Gram. I thought, oh great, another internet rip off. But I followed through and ordered them up. They arrived on the appointed day, alive, kicking and tasted great that evening. Well, it had to have been a mistake. Nothing works right off the internet (I'd been stung before!). Then this year (for Xmas 2003) we got another Lobster Gram gift certificate. Knowing that you people would never live up to your advertising guarantee, I ordered delivery again. And again you proved me wrong. They arrived today, alive, kicking and fresh, on time, and we devoured them for dinner. Please accept my thanks, and my endorsement for following through on your advertised message. Put this endorsement on your website and let everyone know that you people really do deliver on time, kicking crustaceans that cook up superbly. You people are terrific!
