I ordered the Maine tails and filets to celebrate my Mom's Easter birthday. This was the best gift we could have given her. She was thrilled! The Maine tails were so sweet and perfectly prepared because I followed your cooking directions. My mother said the filet was the best she had ever had in her 76 years. I also want to put in a good word for your customer service folks who always go the extra mile. I appreciate being a valued customer and not just a voice on the phone. Keep up the good work.

Everything was PERFECT! I ordered the Boston Lobster Gram for two and I couldn't believe there was SOOOO MUCH food. I called and spoke with one of the customer service representatives and she was extremely helpful. When the lobsters arrived I just couldn't believe how EASY everything was. My boyfriend and I have never tasted such delicious lobsters. The meat was so fresh. The snow crab claws are excellent - so sweet and tasty. We couldn't have enough of everything. The dinner was once again excellent.

The dinner was once again excellent, and I have passed the word around the firehouse so they can impress their spouses. The $10 Clams was a great idea, as it led to my second order in a month for a nice dinner. With four kids, dinner out isn't always an option for us. My mom said it was the best steak and lobster ever.

It was my mom's 70th birthday and I was sitting in my office, not knowing what to send her, when I received a Lobster Gram mailing listing different package options, so I picked up the phone and in less than 24 hours my parents had steak, crab cakes, soup and much more on their door step. My mom said it was the best steak and lobster ever. Without your professional and wonderful service, we would not have been able to pull off the surprise for our mother.
